SO, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
“Well, our communication devices are more like tiny entertainment systems”, explains Charmy.
“How in Quazar’s Moons is a communication device entertaining?”, asks the condescending male space alien known as Porph.
“Well, over the years we added video games and media players to the devices”, says Charmy as he educates the aliens. “We also added social media apps so we can talk to people we don’t even know”.
“Yes, we’ve been monitoring your social media apps,” reveals the female space alien known as Mercendu. “The social media apps will be the force to bring down civilization and destroy your world. We have seen this occur and many other planets which are no longer inhabited.”
“Haven’t you noticed violence and injustice growing rapidly since these apps began?” asks Porph.
“Now that you say that…”, begins Charmy who is quickly interrupted by Mercendu.
“From the horrors we have seen, I would say your world has two… maybe three years before madness takes over and the purge begins”, Mercendu informs Charmy.
“Oh no!”, exclaims Charmy. “What should I do?”
“You must first shut down all of your social accounts”, reveals Porph. “Then, you must get your three friends… Frenchy, Flimp, and Weaver… to shut down their accounts.”
“I’m on it!” yells Charmy as he runs off.
“Well that worked”, admits Mercendu. “We actually tricked him into leaving social media”.
“Yes!” exclaims Porph. “Now we will no longer be forced to endure his stupid mimes that make so sense”.
“Let’s just pray the other three nitwits will follow suit”, says Mercendu.
“We can only pray”, says Porph
