So… WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Frenchy wanders around the field a little while longer, eventually running into Weaver.
“Hi Frenchy”, says Weaver as he greets Frenchy. “Whoa! You look terrible!”
“I think I am sick”, admits Frenchy.
“Oh no!”, exclaims Weaver, “We are going on a field trip tomorrow to play paintball against Fort Lumps. That fort is our arch rivals and we must beat them. You are our best player. They will never let you get on the bus if you are sick”.
“I just have a cold”, says Frenchy as she begins coughing uncontrollably.
“Sounds like it is more than a cold”, suggests Weaver.
“Wow, is there a cold front blowing in?” asks Frenchy as she begins shaking. “I am Freezing”.
“Um, it is ninety-two degrees outside”, says Weaver. “You need to go see Doc”.
Weaver scurries off quickly as he appears to now be avoiding Frenchy.
Moments later, Flimp the Chimp walks up and asks, “Eepa oo oo?”.
“Yes sir”, confirms Frenchy. “I believe they bought the act. I should have no problem skipping the competition tomorrow. We can skip out and check out the circus without those losers tagging along”.
“Oopa Eep!”, exclaims Flimp.
END SCENE… This will play out in one of the animate episodes I am calling “One Flu Over a Boo Boo’s Mess”,
